VIP- Spend the day at
Station 144 

NEW for 2025 Station 144 Bistro, owned and operated by Chef Matthew Forster is proving extremely popular. 

​

During the Airshow the Bistro forms part of our exclusive Members Enclosure. This is a problem for most people as there's a ten year waiting list for membership of the Aerodrome. 

​

For the last few years though a VERY limited number of passes are offered allowing you to not only access Station 144 and it's exclusive viewing area in the centre of the action, but also enjoy a three course lunch. 

​

Chef Matthew has curated a special menu, shown below. To enjoy it and access Station 144 you'll need an admission ticket and also a VIP Upgrade pass - both available by clicking the Buy Tickets button at the top of the page. Station 144 will open to pass holders at 0930 and closes half an hour after the air displays. Seating for lunch is allocated - you are welcome to bring fold up chairs to use in the viewing area. Dogs are not permitted.

Starters

Mini Yorkshire Pudding

Homemade mini yorkshire pudding filled with parma ham and soft cheese with a drizzled vinaigrette.
Vegetarian option filled with button mushrooms and soft cheese.

Mains


Whole Fresh White Wine Poached Salmon With Herbs

A beautifully poached whole salmon, with a blend of white wine, fresh herbs, and citrus.

 

Vegetarian Option: veggie quiche, with all the same delicious sides.

Garlic Butter Baby Potatoes
Crispy roasted baby potatoes tossed in garlic butter and fresh herbs.
Honey-Glazed Carrots
Tender carrots glazed with a sweet honey-butter sauce, garnished with chopped parsley.
Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Zest
Fresh asparagus spears char-grilled and finished with a squeeze of lemon and maldon chilli sea salt.
Rice with Toasted Almonds
Fragrant rice mixed with toasted almonds, and a hint of fresh herb

Served as a whole banquet to self indulge

Selection Of Freshly Homemade Desserts

A choice from a banquet of desserts including light, airy,
homemade cakes with cream and strawberries, trifle, drizzled
coulis or custard toppings.

Creamy, velvety ice cream served with a coulis drizzle.
